GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 U.S. HICKORY OPEN WILL TAKE PLACE ONLINE

• All players must be a member of the Society of Hickory Golfers (click here to become a member), with an established hickory handicap
• Proper attire will be required: no baseball caps or shorts
• This is a full-field event of 110 players, with 20 International slots reserved and 10 slots reserved for members of Hot Springs Country Club
• Online registration for the event opens on April 18, 2025 at 12:00 Midnight US Eastern (1:00 pm, Beijing; 5:00 am London) and closes on May 15, 2025, or when all 110 player slots are filled
• Any International and HSCC slots not filled by June 1, 2025 will be returned to the player pool
• If player slots remain open, those slots will be filled from the waiting list and Society members will be notified
• All entries are on a first-in, first-allotted basis
• Every entrant will receive formal notification from the Tournament Committee shortly after June 1, 2025
• All entries must be accompanied by full-payment of all fees
• There is a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments

INTERNATIONAL AND HSCC PLAYERS

The Tournament Committee has reserved 20 places for International Entrants, and 10 places for Hot Springs Country Club, on a First Received, First Accepted basis

No refunds of any fees will be given after July 15, 2025

Any International or HSCC places not filled by June 1, 2025 will be returned to entry pool

Your credit card will be charged a 3.5% processing fee in USD

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Friday – October 3, 2025

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Check-in at Hot Springs CC and Practice Round. Please contact the Pro Shop for a starting time. Call the Pro Shop at (501) 623-4981. The cost of your practice round is already included in the entry fee.

Starting times will be sent to all entrants about one week prior to the Practice Round via email.

3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. – Welcome Reception at HSCC, Complimentary buffet, Cash bar, Trade tables, Silent Auction, & Raffle Tickets Available

Entire Friday program held at Hot Springs Country Club

Saturday – October 4, 2025

7:45 a.m. – Practice facilities open

9:15 a.m. – Procession of the players, photographs, introductions, and rules summary

10:00 a.m. – Shotgun start to First Round
Starting times will be provided to all entrants approximately one week prior to the First Round

A box lunch will be provided. Beverages available on-course

5:00 p.m. — Reception at the Hot Springs Convention Center

6:00 p.m. – Dinner at the Hot Springs Convention Center, sponsored by Visit Hot Springs, hosted by Steve Arrison. Featured guest speaker to be announced. Presentation of honors to Hot Springs Country Club and special recognition to individuals

Trade tables, silent auction and raffle tickets available. Trade tables will be moved to the Convention Center by the Tournament Committee with approval of table’s vendors

Sunday – October 5, 2025

7:45 a.m. – Practice facilities open

9:30 a.m. – Shotgun start to Second Round
Starting times will be provided to all entrants on Saturday evening
Beverages available on-course

3:00 p.m. – Awards luncheon and announcements of winners of the Silent Auction and Raffles.

Entire Sunday program held at Hot Springs Country Club

ADMISSION RATES AND ADD-ONS

Pricing includes your practice round and golf carts.

You may elect to forego the practice round or using a golf cart, at the tournament site. If so, you will be refunded following the tournament’s conclusion.

• SoHG Members: $675.00
• Non-SoHG Members (includes SoHG membership): $725.00
• Club Rental (not included in entry fee): $50.00
• Additional Guests (includes box lunch, Friday buffet, Saturday dinner & Sunday lunch): $75.00
• Trade table at HSCC (Friday & Sunday) and Convention Center (Saturday – includes moving charge): $50.00
